About The Project
Project
Cora Bett Thomas Rentals
Brief
Cora Bett Thomas had no real online presence when she came to us — just Escapia, the industry’s standard property management platform, quietly doing bookings in the background. What she needed was a brand that matched the city she works in: Savannah, Georgia.
Savannah sells itself. Live oaks draped in Spanish moss, historic squares, the river at sunset. The challenge was building a site that felt like the city looks — and then making it easy for thousands of weekly visitors to actually book a rental in two or three clicks.
We designed a site that opens with the feel of Savannah and closes with a conversion flow that removes every obstacle between a guest and their rental. Finsweet components power a searchable rental database that handles heavy daily traffic without friction.
Launched in four weeks. Bookings rose meaningfully after launch — and after we recommended pairing the site with a social media campaign, the growth accelerated again.
The Difference
What we did
- Brand presence and positioning rooted in Savannah
- Website design and Webflow build
- Finsweet-powered rental database for daily browsing
- Booking flow optimized for two-to-three-click conversion
- Social media strategy recommendation
Rental sites usually feel like spreadsheets with photos. We built one that feels like the city itself — and then made it easier to book than any of her competitors.
