Brief
iAD is a global real estate brokerage expanding into the US market. The challenge wasn’t awareness — it was credibility. They needed a site that could convince a top-producing American agent to move from a brand they know to a brand they don’t.
Most brokerage recruitment sites read like MLM pitches — big numbers, aggressive headlines, stock photos of people high-fiving. iAD needed the opposite: a site that felt like an invitation to a peer group, not a sales funnel.
We positioned around three things the competition rarely names clearly — economics, ownership, culture — and built the site to let serious agents self-qualify. Segment-specific landing pages were added for new agents, experienced agents, and team leaders, each with a different pace and argument.
