We shipped the Range Finder for JetSet GRP today. Live at jetsetgrp.com/range-finder.

Pick a departure airport, filter by aircraft type, and see exactly how far each jet in the fleet can take you, visualized live on a map, with real specs on every aircraft.

The studio's first aviation tool

This brief was different from a standard site. More product than page.

Most of what the studio ships is a website. A hero, a story, some sections, a form at the bottom. The Range Finder is not that. It is a tool. It has state, it responds to input, it draws something new on the map every time a visitor changes a filter. The design conversation was different too, because the thing being designed is what the user does with it, not what they look at.

Built around the fleet, not the route

Most range tools in private aviation are built for charter passengers picking a route. Enter your departure city, pick a destination, get a jet. That logic is transactional and one-directional, and it is already everywhere.

The Range Finder flips it. It is built for the operator and the buyer, people who are not picking a route but considering the fleet. The question they are asking is different. Not how do I get from A to B this weekend, but what does each of these aircraft actually open up from a given home base.

Different audience, different questions, different flow. The interface follows that.

What it does

A visitor picks a departure airport from anywhere in the world. They filter by aircraft type across the JetSet GRP fleet. The selected aircraft's range is drawn on a live map. Every destination within reach becomes visible at a glance.

Each aircraft is presented with the data an operator or a buyer actually uses to compare: model, range in nautical miles, cruise speed in knots, seat count. Real specs, not marketing copy.

Why this matters

Private aviation is full of generic tools that treat every user the same. The right tool starts with the audience, not the technology. The Range Finder for JetSet GRP is built for the people who actually need it, and nothing else.
