JetSet GRP didn't need a better website. They needed a better brand, a better product structure, and a website that could carry both. When those three things moved together, business grew forty percent in half a year.

JetSet GRP is a boutique private jet group working with executives, celebrities, and high-net-worth clients who book flights the way they book hotels — through people they trust. Their earlier brand worked against them. It positioned a relationship-driven business as a booking engine, which is exactly the wrong frame for how this category actually sells.

Three things, one project

Most agencies would treat this as three separate engagements. We ran them as one, because they were one decision.

The rebrand came first. A new wordmark, a restrained visual system, photography direction that matched the quiet confidence their clients expected rather than the stock-photo-of-a-jet-at-sunset cliché the category is full of.

The jetcards — the pre-paid flight hour products that drive recurring revenue in this business — were redesigned from the inside out. Clearer tiers, cleaner pricing logic, better-presented benefits. The old card structure had been built ad hoc over time. The new one was built to sell.

The website tied it together. A site that reads as a credential, not a catalog. An inquiry flow simplified to three fields: who, what, when. No quote calculators, no instant-booking theater, none of the apparatus that makes serious clients assume they're dealing with a reseller.

What happened next

Business grew roughly forty percent in the six months after the new brand and site launched. The team needed to scale to handle the volume — they grew significantly, quickly. That's the kind of growth that only happens when positioning, product, and presence are all pulling in the same direction.

We can't take credit for the team's ability to close those deals. We can take credit for making sure the right deals landed on their desks in the first place.
