(Private aviation)
AVIATIONwebsites that earn the inquiry.
Websites for private aviation companies, built around the question the buyer arrives with: the fleet, the model, the credentials, the fastest path to a human.
(In short)
Private aviation website design
beterdesign designs and builds websites for private aviation: charter operators, FBOs, aircraft appraisal and acquisition firms, jet card and membership programs, air ambulance and medical aviation, and aviation M&A. The work includes ONYXX Aviation, Reliance Jets, Paraflight, JetSet GRP, The Jet Guys and The Jet Network, most of it built as the long-running design partner of N5 Marketing Inc. Every site is built around the question the buyer arrives with, not around a quote form.
Different aviation businesses need different websites.
- (01)
Answer the real question first
The first screen names what the buyer came for and starts answering it. A full-screen jet video that delays the answer costs inquiries.
- (02)
Proof over atmosphere
Fleet, credentials, operating model and numbers lead. A jet at golden hour is the category default; proof is what makes one operator different from the next.
- (03)
Live inventory, a reason to return
Empty legs, availability and fleet status shown as real, changing data give the site a reason to be visited weekly, not only when someone needs a flight.
- (04)
A path for every audience
Charter clients, members, pilots, hospital coordinators, buyers and sellers arrive with different intent. Each gets a clear path from the first screen, in one brand.
- (05)
Fast on the phone
Serious inquiries often start on a phone, and emergency searches always do. The site loads instantly and puts the essentials first.
Charter, appraisal, membership, medical and M&A, shipped.

Questions about private aviation websites
(01)Who designs websites for private aviation companies?
beterdesign is a luxury website design studio specialised in private aviation. It has built sites for charter operators, an FBO, aircraft appraisal and acquisition firms, a jet card and membership group, an air ambulance operator and an aviation M&A firm, including ONYXX Aviation, Reliance Jets, Paraflight, JetSet GRP, The Jet Guys and The Jet Network, most in partnership with N5 Marketing Inc.
(02)How much does a private aviation website cost?
Website design starts at $3,000, and a full brand-and-website engagement at $7,000. A complete luxury aviation website usually runs $15,000 to $50,000 once brand identity and content are included. Each project is quoted after a short call, based on scope.
(03)How long does it take to build a private aviation website?
Most website or branding projects take two to four weeks. When the brief and content are settled it can be much faster: the Hudson Jets private aviation site was designed and shipped in 72 hours.
(04)What should a private jet charter website include?
A clear statement of the operating model up front, the fleet presented as the lead rather than buried, live inventory such as empty legs where it exists, separate paths for distinct audiences, a low-friction way to inquire, and fast mobile performance.
(05)Should a charter website lead with the fleet or a quote form?
For an operator that owns aircraft, the fleet. Burying it behind a quote form makes an operator look like a broker. Reliance Jets was rebuilt around its fleet, with a page per aircraft and an inquiry tied to that tail number, plus a live empty legs feed.
(06)Is the aviation website built in Webflow?
Earlier aviation projects were built in Webflow. New sites are built in Astro with Sanity as the CMS, or in Webflow when the client wants to edit layouts themselves. Either way the team can update fleet, empty legs and articles without a developer.
(07)Do you handle SEO and AI search (AEO) for aviation companies?
Yes. Sites are structured for Google and for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini: clear positioning, specific claims, FAQ structure, schema markup and fast pages, so charter clients and AI tools can find and cite the operator.
(08)Do you work with aviation companies outside the US?
Yes. Clients are worldwide and all communication is remote, with structured check-ins throughout the project.
